Temitope Bashorun, a native of Lagos state, has almost a decade of legal experience in both private and government sectors. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, having received a bachelor’s degree in law (LL. B Law) from the prestigious Lagos State University, and a B.L. Law from the Nigerian Law School, Enugu.

She started her legal career at Churchfield Solicitors in 2016, as a Junior Associate where she was part of the litigation team in the Dana Airlines 2013 plane crash case. In 2018, she joined AOA Geo-Net Ltd as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. She then proceeded to Ibaka Entertainment as their Legal Officer/Company Secretary on secondment from Ade-Oshodi & Co. In 2019, she became a Senior Associate at Ade-Oshodi & Co where she provided legal and advisory services to corporate institutions and government agencies across various sectors of the economy.

She is a Senior Associate at Septagon Solicitors where she uses her wealth of knowledge and experience to conduct general civil and commercial litigations from the High Court to the Supreme Court, as well as legal and advisory services to various organizations in the Financial, Oil & Gas, Engineering & Construction, and FMCG sectors.

This diverse background informs her strategic decision-making at Fundtron Partners where she serves as the Chairman and guides the company towards a collaborative approach, a focus on results, and a commitment to innovation and excellence.

Temitope Amodu is an Associate Member of The Nigerian Institute of Marketers of Nigeria, a member of Nigeria Institute of Management (Associate), and a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigerian (ICAN). He holds a second-class upper degree in Accounting from Lagos State University, Ojo.

He started his career in Guaranty Trust Bank in 2008 where he was offered employment during his NYSC program in 2007 because of his outstanding performance in their tests program.

Before joining GTBank, he was with The Bode Augusto training class where he came top of the class and found his way to the treasury department with the bank. His 8 years in Guaranty Trust Bank cut across all treasury products which has given him extensive experience in the financial services industry.

He worked briefly with Parthian Partners Limited as a Fixed Income trader/Senior Broker and later joined Cordros Capital as a Portfolio Manager and Head of Fixed Income trading.

Temitope Amodu also worked as Head of Fixed Income Trading and Portfolio Management with First Ally Asset Management responsible for both private and company’s portfolio management and all fixed income-related transactions.

He is a Non-Executive Director at Fundtron Partners where he leverages his expertise to provide independent oversight and guidance to the executive team. He provides crucial oversight of the company’s strategy, performance, and risk management, playing a key role in ensuring sound corporate governance and safeguarding the interests of all stakeholders.

Edache Agada is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience across diverse sectors within the financial industry. His expertise spans commercial and corporate banking, treasury, financial markets, and real estate. Edache is dedicated to creating value for stakeholders through strategic leadership and comprehensive industry knowledge.

He graduated with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) in Agriculture from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 2002. He holds a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the Lagos Business School. In his banking career of over 15 years, Edache held pivotal roles at Access Bank and Keystone Bank, including Head of FX Sales and Trading, Acting Treasurer at Access Bank Ghana, and Team Lead in Corporate Banking at Keystone Bank, where he specialized in Telecom, Media & Technology sectors. Edache also gained valuable experience in the real estate sector as Head of Proposition & Product Development at Sujimoto Construction Limited and as Chief Commercial Officer at Arrowhead Development Advisory Ltd, focusing on real estate advisory and project funding.

Edache has participated in numerous training sessions, both locally and internationally. A member of the Financial Market Dealers Association (FMDA) and ACI – The International Financial Markets Association. He is currently the Managing Director at Fundtron Partners Limited, a position he has held since 2024.

Oluwabukola Oguntoye holds a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) in Statistics from the University of Ilorin. Continuing her development, Oluwabukola completed an advanced diploma in accounting and business before going on to become a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

With over 10 years within the financial sector, Oluwabukola has attained a wealth of experience serving clients across the financial services industry.

She started her career as an associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) as an Associate and then became a Senior Associate where she completed regular audits for clients within the financial services and pension industry. She joined SunTrust Bank Nigeria Ltd in 2018 as a Finance Manager and Portfolio Manager where she was responsible for ensuring that monthly and quarterly budget targets were achieved. She is currently the Managing Director of Odeya Capital Attires Ltd.

Oluwabukola is the Executive Director of Fundtron Partners Limited where she is responsible for developing and executing business strategies, financial planning and business development. 

A highly accomplished and results-oriented operations leader, Ugochukwu Obi serves as the driving force behind Fundtron Partners Limited’s seamless and efficient operational framework. With over 10 years of experience in optimizing processes, enhancing productivity, and ensuring quality, he is instrumental in translating the company’s strategic vision into tangible results. With a proven track record in implementing innovative solutions and streamlining complex processes, he is adept at leveraging data and technology to drive efficiency gains and improve overall output.

He holds a BSc. Degree in Chemical Engineering from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and is a member of the ACI Financial Markets Association. His strategic financial management has been instrumental in driving the company’s profitability and sustainable growth. He started his career in the financial sector with Stanbic IBTC occupying various strategic positions before joining Fundtron Partners Ltd as the Head of Operations where his leadership has been critical in the company’s ability to deliver exceptional value in the Financial Services sector within the Nigerian market.

Sochi Obiorah brings a wealth of expertise and a forward-thinking approach to talent management in the dynamic Financial Services landscape. With a proven track record in developing and implementing innovative HR strategies, she is adept at navigating the complexities of the modern workplace. With a deep understanding of human capital management, and leveraging on data-driven insights, she plays a pivotal role in attracting, retaining, and developing the exceptional talent that defines Fundtron Partners Limited and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

A Chemical Engineer by training and a member of the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), she has over a decade of experience in HR and Administrative roles across various sectors of the economy from Oil and gas, FMCG and Information Technology. She started her career with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) in 2011 and from there joined BFW Group Africa where she rose to become the Head of Administration and Brand Strategy. She is currently the Head of Human Resources at Fundtron Partners Limited where she is dedicated to building a motivated and high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment, and driving employee engagement and satisfaction.
